First, I want to say thanks to Dana Gann, for giving me good advice. I just discovered what was also contributing to my relapse. I was starting to be weened off of lorazapam 2mg last saturday, and discovered today my doctor gave me the wrong medication, along with a lower dose of mg. The medication that was given to me was Xanax .50mg.

I could barely, eat, sleep, etc. I kept doing my meditation tape, exercising, journaling and never came close to a panic attack! Also, I made it one week with hardly any meds! This made me sooooo happy, and most of my previous symptoms disapearred. I know I can do this, and I know this program has helped learn the right to tools to combat it. My goal is no meds, just prayer, the program and CBT.

Don't give up when you fall down. Just keep believing in yourself and God will always be there for you.

God Bless, Suz Wink

Congratulations Suz! I'm proud of you. Smiler

It's hard to believe that we are making progress when we have bad days but we always pull through. We are often much stronger than we perceive ourselves to be.

Best wishes!
