Dear Pamela,
How soon after the completion of the program did you notice a swing? Are you doing all the "basics" : Exercising every day, relaxation tape at least once, eating healthy and last but so important: are you speaking to yourself with love and respect? I find tracking swings will eventually lead to a recognizable pattern and theme. I went through the program 3 times...not bec. I'm slow...but bec. in lesson 15 they said to do so (you know how we follow the rules!). I noticed that I heard things that I didn't think I'd heard before...I heard things with 'new ears' bec. I'd changed a lot after going through the program the first time. The third time through was my personal choice and I believe a postitive one for me. I felt better than the time before - each time. Key: don't over react...remember you may be going through some stress that is a reasonable result of your life experience. Manage it with your new skills- this is a practice opportunity. (Don't smack me Perhaps now is the time to read a new/old book about my favorite topic- inner dialogue. I recommend, BEYOND NEGATIVE THINKING, by Kildahl and Martarano. Keep us posted.
