I'm not sure how many of you get angry, but lately, I tend to be quite angry and not sure how to deal with it. What kind of things do you like to do to deal with your anger?

It is important for me to give myself permission to be angry sometimes, as I was never allowed to express any kind of anger when I was growing up. What I do is either write it all out on paper, then put it through my shredder (it feels like I get it out and then let it go), or if I am really angry I do some physical exercise. Either one of these helps me to diffuse myself and typically my anger. I hope that this helps.
