Hi...first post. I'm wondering what to actually "do" to forgive a person or persons. How to "let go" of something painful that happened to you. It seems rare that anyone really explains how to do this...I assume it comes easier once one's self confidence is better. I would like to hear how some of you have forgiven a deceased, bossy parent.
