BePositive,
Life takes us in all directions, sometimes not the ones we want to go. But with each direction and each change we grow in someway. We have to make those change of directions ourselves, most of the time without the help of anyone else. Advise is helpful, but when the rubber hits the road, it becomes our decision, good or bad, its up to us, to move beyond the direction we have traveled. Love you Smiler Nelly

Be Positive,

I love your new post about anger. It is so true. I am not Buddist, but do love the words of wisdom Budda has and the peace they convey, especially this one you listed...

Anger will never disappear so long as thoughts of resentment are cherished in the mind. Anger will disappear just as soon as thoughts of resentment are forgotten. By Buddha.

This is so clear and understandable, reasonable and so simple in theory.

Many of our vices and issues result from our own thoughts, mostly negative, full of anger and unproductive. Thanks BP for sharing that, I think I am going to look into more Budda words of wisdom as they are simplistic and peaceful.

Thanks again! God Bless! LizB
