Hi Jamie,
I am proud of you! You are taking the right steps to recovery. It is not easy, life is not easy, maybe it's not supposed to be. Remember 'small steps'. It doesn't happen overnight. But in time, you will feel better. God Bless!

Jamie,

I'm glad that you have been feeling better.
Anxiety it's one of the hardests obtacles I'm sure any of us have had to face. I always think that it can't get any worse than this. That this is the lowest it's ever going to get and it can only go up from here on end. This sometimes helps.

Have you checked out the inspirations posted on the General forum? If you haven't you should. I wrote a nice one called "Memo From God" which helps to lift my spirits. There are really great ones that you may also want to print and post. Trust me...

All the best, and remember that we are all just a click away

Hey Jamie!
I've been having trouble with the site lately and on Saturday I spent about an hour trying to search for your posting to see if you had replied (Being a classic worry-wort, I was concerned about you). I'm sooo glad you did and I hope you'll continue to keep in touch. This site is filled with tons of info, advice and touching stories - not to mention lots of people who care about eachother, yet have never met face to face. Isn't that amazing? We aren't judgmental at all. I just realized how incredibly caring and close people with our condition really are. It's nice to know that we have friends no matter where we go. How many other people can say that? So -even when you can't leave the house, or feel afraid or stressed out and worried, you have another global family who understands the way you feel. I don't know about you, but that's worth more than anything to me. Keep in touch, okay?
Hugs from Vancouver, BC, Canada!

Suzie-q, thank you so much for your concern, I will be sure to keep in touch. Hugs and thanks from Tyler, TX

Carolyn, I would be thrilled to send in those two chapters of homework. I think it would benefit me greatly to get a little feedback. From reading the workbook and listening to the tapes I know your extremely busy. Thank you so much for your kind heart.

And yes Carolyn, the posters on this board are the greatest bunch of people anyone could hope to find. And I am blessed to have found them.

Jamie
