I was reading something on Hellen Keller the other day and it inspired me to write this about my anger.....thought it would offer hope to those still struggling

" I liken my experience in letting go of
anger to the story of Hellen Keller. Hellen Keller was trapped in a world of of not understanding her surroundings. This is how I feel
when I want to forgive. I wish to attain that which Hellen had when she discovered the word water . That "misty understanding" where words turned from finger games and labels to concepts and meaning. And that meaning for me is understanding a new way of thinking and feeling.
Out of the darkness and into the light of understanding that only forgiveness can bring"

Hope you enjoy this

ct,
i understand your pain. tahts why we have to establish boundaries for ourselves. Even if it means some people will love may be hurt or mad at us. we can no longer be victims . some results of victimization are, depression, compulsive disorders, impulsive disorders, isolation, inability to trust others, inability to form close attachments, inability to set limits, poor judgement in relationships, shame, guilt, phobias, anger, rage attacks. ct, if you have a therapist, tell them you need to set boundaries for yourself and your life, and they can help you establish them. You will see that when you start setting personal boundaries, your anger will improve. Love you Smiler Nelly
