Eventhough, time is limited for extra curriculum activities (like time for myself).
I am perseveering. This week wasn't as difficult, because I have been working on my anger management for the past two years. The recommendation given in the program are being implemented as we speak. I used anger as a weapon to hurt and control friends and family. I did not like to be confrontational, so explosive anger was my way of dealing with issues. I have learned that anger is a part of human behavior (controlled anger). We need to express dissappointment in people or personnel who ignores how we are feeling. I am not asking anyone to follow our ways only acknowledge. When individuals can acknowledge the Good, the Bad and the Ugly about one-self without making them feel worthless show our human side. |
