Are they better than you because they maybe completely stopped smoking yesterday? Sounds like arrogance to me! You do not need that and I KNOW YOU and you CAN stop smoking, it is just gonna take some time. You are putting an effort forward and THAT is the biggest battle, taking that first step. It is like anxiety, taking that first step is NOT easy, but you did that too, so you are a pro at this! The less frustrated you get, the easier it will be NOT to light up. I bet they are sitting their with their almightier than thou attitude puffin' away on a extra long smokie!
