...Lately I have been constantly blowing up on him for the LITTLEST things. I do this about once a day. I am really tired of hurting him and hurting myself too. This is the main reason that I am going to order the program. But untill I get a job I don't have the money. So does anyone know what I can do to make myself stop doing this?

I've been through that myself, especially while I'm on my period, or ovulating. "knowing is half the battle" as they say. I think the first thing to do would be to talk to your boyfriend. While there is no excuse for the things you are doing, a little understanding might go a long way... Next here is some advice Lucinda might give... When you feel yourself getting mad, imagine you are in a public place, or that there are people watching and listening to you. You are less likely to over react when you are being watched. Next, take a 10 sec. to 24 break before you respond in anger. This gives you time to figure out what it is you're really upset about, and to decide if it is worth confronting him over. Pick your battles. Last, ask yourself "how can I under react to this?" You're much more likely to get results when you under react instead of over react... Get the program asap. Call and find out if they will "work with you?".
