I am new and trying this program. I was wanting to hear from others who have been helped with their frustration and anger by this program. The program seems to be mostly about Anxiety and Depression (Both of which I had in a serious way in the past). I think that rather than being healed, my Anxiety 15 years ago transformed into depression and then eventually into anger and frustration. I really want this program to help.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Good luck Daniel. I'll be starting the program tomorrow (just received it today) and I'm really hoping that it helps me, too.

The program can help you with anger and frustrating.. It is possible that you are start feeling anger and frustratiion is because your feeling is start to be recongized and things start come back to you.. If you have been repressed them for long time it can happened that it start to come back

Daniel,
The group of problems you mentioned all run together for me. I get frustrated then I get angry then the depression sets in and anxiety results from that.

Over reacting to things that happen seem to be one of the main things that I had to work on and still do. By 'under reacting' it helps a lot. My wiffe ahs seen this in me as well.

You have to work the program over and over and use all of the tools that it gives you. Keep it up and hnag in there. You are going to make it.

Thanks for the help. Just trying to be aware of my frustration and anger has helped me to not over react to things, slowing down help a lot too. I think that I still do have some anxiety issues and depression that I thought have been long ago healed. Thanks for the tips, it sure helps to hear from others who have been successful in the program.

Hi Daniel, I'm new here too. I was worried about the same thing you were when I started listening to the material. Then I remembered something I once heard. "Anger is just depression turned outward" So, I guess I'm going to give it a shot and hope that my problems with anger and frustration are helped. *S*

Well I've given it my best shot for 30 days and I've noticed a few good tips but I'm thinking of returning the program under the free trial period. I've found a great deal of help for anger and frustration from a set of CD's from Tranquilities but the Midwest program looks great for anxiety and depression and anger if it's grounded in the above. I'm still giving it few more days to make sure.

Im learning the hard way, to not let people afftect me as much as i used to. The reason i say this is because, it causes anger for me. Everyday life is hard enough to handle without allowing others to "effect you" negatively. I love the lesson where it says you float through your symptoms, cause i am finding you can do the same thing with negative people trying to bring you down by trying to make you angry. Just float throught whatever they are saying or doimg, and continue on. Its amazing how the floating is keeping you from allowing them to affect you negatively or make you angry. Just a thoughtSmilerNelly

Thanks for the thought Nelly. This is a big issue that I deal with frequently in my life, I want so bad to be able to not let other people make me so angry. Namely my ex and his evil girlfreind. After 4 years of being divorced I cannot comprehend why they would still want to try and get to me and why they just wont leave me alone. I will definately try my hardest to "float" through any more attempts that they make. There is nothing out there like this program and I thank God that I found it and you people on here. God Bless
