i finished the program and thought i had over come it . everything was going so much better now my mood swings are starting to come back what should i do . I donot want to go back to the way i was.

Dear Pamela,

How soon after the completion of the program did you notice a swing? Are you doing all the "basics" : Exercising every day, relaxation tape at least once, eating healthy and last but so important: are you speaking to yourself with love and respect?

I find tracking swings will eventually lead to a recognizable pattern and theme.

I went through the program 3 times...not bec. I'm slow...but bec. in lesson 15 they said to do so (you know how we follow the rules!). I noticed that I heard things that I didn't think I'd heard before...I heard things with 'new ears' bec. I'd changed a lot after going through the program the first time. The third time through was my personal choice and I believe a postitive one for me. I felt better than the time before - each time.

Perhaps now is the time to read a new/old book about my favorite topic- inner dialogue. I recommend, BEYOND NEGATIVE THINKING, by Kildahl and Martarano.
