I ordered the program just a few days ago, mostly because my anger is constantly getting the better of me. So I came to the forums and registered, and checked my email for the password and waited and waited and waited. I got pretty upset because it was taking so long (I have no patience; thank god I don't have kids yet) and the next thing I know, I'm swearing at the computer and the email company and the ISP, and on and on. And then I caught myself and found the humor in the situation. Here I am trying to use a tool to help me with my anger, and it's just making me angry!

I have a similar story. One day I was pretty angry so i decided to go out and buy a punching bag. Well, I didn't think, I just grabbed my wallet and keys (NO CELL PHONE, and I dont drive so I take the bus) and went to a sporting goods store. Well, low and behold i was like "how in the hell am I gonna get this stuff home?" and i found a shopping cart but of course i didnt think it was OVER 100 degrees outside. So there I am, pushing my punching bag home and getting pissed off cause Im feeling like a idiot sweatin and walking in the heat while people are passing me by in cars.

So I got angry in trying to take care of anger too...LOL
