I have had anger issues all my life. I tend to go between the extremes. Either I hold it all in and become the victim or I am ripping somebody's head off.
Okay, so now I'm starting to "dissolve" a lot of the anger I feel. The anger I feel eventually turns into guilt - making me more anxious. Here's my question - if you dissolve are you letting people walk all over you. I have tried to resolve anger issues with others but most of the time the other person is not willing to resolve. What to do? Do I just dissolve and move on? How do I do this without feeling guilty, especially if they blame me for the problem? Do I even make sense? Debbie |
