Am I the only one here who hates the program costing close to 500.00 and to only have 30 days to try out a 15 week course??? My problem is that I have anxiety, panic attacks, etc. but it's not getting better. My 30 days are close to being up but I am only on week 3-4. Do you stay in a program that you can't completely try out just to hope that it might work? This may be construed as a negative thought...but I am just wondering.

I think if you move some financial obligations around or get a payment plan, I think this program would help you immensely and I don't think you'll regret it. It hass to be your choice but I don't think you should should send it back.it's worked wonders for so many of us.

Many of us have a struggle with the cost..especially people who live outside of the US where the exchange rate makes it more expensive. This along with the 30 days can sometimes make people feel like they need to rush and force themselves to make "results" within the time-line and this can actually be more anxiety producing and stressful.

I understand that having it so you can completely try it out would be much more useful to the people but there are business things to think about too. The company itself gives people the opportunity to try it out but it also covers itself from being ripped off which would only result in them not being able to help other people. Everybody loses in that situation.

This choice to continue is yours and yours alone. I can only tell you that from my personal experience, it has helped me out a tremendous ammount but I am not intrested in trying to control or convince you against what you feel. This program might not be the program for you, or it might be. Go with your heart.

Thanks for your input guys. I just noticed that all of the other anxiety programs out there give you a much longer period to try them out and that it seems a 15 week course can't be done in 30 days. That would mean going through every week in 2 days.

Just wanted to see if anyone was having positive results from the program thus far. I see a lot of people who now say they are doing better but not a lot who say they are back to their pre-anxious state of normal. Meaning I know everyone experiences anxiety but I mean back to their old selves before this became their norm.

give it a whole-hearted chance. the cost is very difficult for me, but seems like nothing for what is has done for me.

Ya the program even states not to try to do the whole 15 weeks in 30 days. I can only imagine how overwhelming that would become and actually counter productive. You'd be stressing to absorb much more information than what they suggest and we all know that digesting information can become harder when we suffer from anxiety and depression.

Yes alot of people have gotten alot of positive results but the problem is that they don't continue allowing themselves time to relax and they completely stop doing the things they learned from the program after they completed it because they think it is finished. I was even one of these people. The other people that have gotten past it completely have left because they don't need to work through their stuff on this website anymore. For me personally it may not have 100% got rid of the anxiety and i grow the more and more i try but I would be dead by now if it wasn't for the program.

I had to add my two cents. This program has helped me tremendously. I have lived with anxiety/panic attacks all my life. I never remember a time where I did not experince it. I cannot comment on ever returning to pre-anxiety status but i am sure as heck enjoying my life like never before.

Yes the program is expensive. You have to decide for yourself. There are payment options available though the MWC. I also remember someone posting that they bought the program through ebay.

It's all up to you. How do you want to spend your life?

take care and God Bless.

Therapy, depending on which area of the country one lives in, costs more than 500 dollars a month. Some really good health insurance plans might cover the cost of this program if your doctor recommends it, and/or gives you a prescription for it. The tools and skills you can learn here will last you a lifetime, and you cannot say that isn't worth 500 dollars. Yes, it is expensive. If you spend time building something that is comprehensive, useful, and offers value to many people, do you think you deserve to be paid? If you take this program apart, and understand the amount of time and research, theory and therapy, material preparation and creations (CDs, DVDs, workbooks), you might recognize it is a very good expenditure. Sometimes, the price is still too high for ones budget. If you have a public library, you can request they buy the program for their patrons. Public libraries are funded by the taxpayers, and they have monthly budgets for purchasing things their patrons want. I wish you the best.

justin that's garbage! Why are you still on this site if you believe that. I don't think you really believe that. You are just hurt or something. There are a lot of new and nervous, indecisive people here and you could do damage with words like that. Try to help people, not hurt them.
