Smiler Thank you so much to everyone who responded Positively to my 1st post and shared your results also. For the couple that didn't, hang in there. Don't stress about not getting all the information the first time through, they repeatedly say you can and "should" (just don't "should" on yourself), go back to sections where you think you could make even more improvements.

I see myself repeating the entire course as soon as I finish it. I really love the relaxation cd too. I use it twice every day, once in a while I'll get a third time in. The most significant time I use it is before I get in my car to go to work. Relaxation for both the drive and to calm the anticipated "what-if's" when I get to work.

I'm sure there are others of you out there that have Road Rage. I watched an episode of Seinfeld today where George was taken by a friend to a Rage Aholics meeting. I have calmed down quite a bit in 5 weeks, and I know I still have a long way to go. Just remember Abe Lincoln's saying, "most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be."

OMG, quitting caffeine has really made a big difference. Well I guess I'd better save something for my next 5 or 600 posts. Best of luck to all. Smiler

Irwin,
I loved your first post. I too am doing better. I quit caffeine and it has made a difference. I want to do Week 4 homework tonight and listen to session 3 one more time and then I feel ready to move on.

I have also really enjoyed being off of caffeine! I find that I am actually able to go to bed consistantly at the same time each day and also get up consistantly at the same time!

Irwin,

that's great that you are able to do the relaxation cd twice a day! I usually just squeek by and get it in once a day.. That's something I'd like to start working on though.
