I am happy for you!
I hope others read your post, because this is just one of the many ways we measure progress.
Best to you.

By week 4 my sense of humor returned and was noticed by everyone I knew. What a great way to see your progress!-- When people notice the changes it is such a good motivator to continue, and you feel so proud of yourself. I'm happy for you that you are happier!

I too am experiencing a sense of happiness and well-being after week 4. I think just following the program(without expectations)and letting it work is the key. Very encouraging to read all the supportive posts. They're a lot of great, compassionate people on here!

I'm in the middle of week 4 and I notice the changes too. I'm glad that I can finally conrol the attacks. That alone is worth the price of admission ! Cool

So happy to hear the good reports. I, too, am in week 4 and just today people at work mentioned that I seem so much more laid back and relaxed.
Best to all.

Anyone drag Session III longer than a week. I remember Lucinda stressing how important grasping the positive self talk was and I wasn't sure if my understanding of grasping it was sufficient before going on. Just finished my 3rd week in III. i get so wore out with my thinking.

I am on wk 4 as well and I have noticed that I am happier too!!! I am laughing Wink and making jokes, just feeling lighter mentally. I even feel better physically.
My husband made comments about how well I am doing dealing w/ things around the house {excercising more, playing w/ the dogs, eating more and better, grocery shopping, whatever), and he just adores me "even more" when I am this way..lol.
I have been following through and using my new found skills to cope. He made me feel very good! I notice when I feel good about myself, he does too!! He laughs and jokes w/ me, plays around like a kid..lol.

Happy go lucky is my thing lately...WOW does it feel awesome!
I am veryyyyyyy happy for you too. I just had to share my experience w/ you as well.

SMILES, and cheers to week 4..lol.

Irwin,
OMG, this is the most delightful post I've read yet. My course has just been sitting there unused. YOUR experience suddenly makes me want to get to Week 4. (even though I must start at Week 1).
Now that it's winter, the weather seems to not lift my spirits, and I'd LOVE to have someone catch me smiling and make a comment!
Thanks buddy!

As I don't want to bring any one down, not everyone has a positive take on this session.

Personally, I've just realized that my husband doesn't love me. And I'm not so sure I love him.
At least not in the way a man should love a woman kind of thing.

It's all a growing experience, isn't it?

I'm sad, depressed and feeling lonely but at the same time feeling incredibly empowered by the healing I've received with the cd's.
Keep doing the program and be true to your self!

Even if it hurts!
Lea

This is such a great post. I am on week 4 too and I feel such a lift this week. I thought it was the drugs I am on but maybe, just maybe, its the program! I left the house a lot this weekend and listened to music in the car, sang. Last week I worked the whole week. I AM feeling better! Thanks to all who posted to this! This is a great thing to read on a snowy, cold Sunday evening!
