Good morning all. I decided to post this is seesion 4, bc like many out there, I strted feeling great a coule weeks ago. And what did i do? I slackedon the program! I started 6, but am returning to 4 to do homework assignments. Im waking up with morning anxiety again Frowner They had to up my dose of klonopin. But im going to get thru this no matter what it takes because Im strong. It was suggested to me last night to start a victory log. I will start this today, before bed as I wind down for the night. Look for that post, as it will be an encouraging one. If I may offer any advice as a newbie: Don't stop journaling!!!! Peace and love be with you, Crystal

Asam - Good for you. You have to do the work, and I know you will get throught this in the end. Keep the positive attitude and only live in the moment, not the past or future. Also, as you titled this 'Two steps forward, one step back', remember that is still forward progression. Good Luck, and stay strong.

I'm really happy to hear that you have already found out how important the journaling is. I feel like a broken record emphasizing this fact, and people are probably tired of hearing me say this. lol By the time you get to the later sessions you will see how useful the journaling has all been in initiating needed changes. We've all had setbacks and stalls along the way. The important thing is to not let it deter you from continuing. It sounds like you are determined to put a lot of effort into the program. Good for you, and good luck.

Why do we find something that is working and then we stop doing it? I've done that over and over, but I know that journaling and following the workbook works. Its like when I do well at Weight Watchers by journaling my food and then I stop. Maybe I don't think I'm stopping but I am doing a great job of procrastinating. Thats what I have to work at next, or soon as the lesson comes up.
