I started the program in August and got stuck on session 3. I'm finding it difficult to write down my negative thoughts at work due to time and privacy. I don't know whether to continue on to the next session or stick to this one until I master it. I've been trying for 3 weeks now and am disappointed with myself for not progressing through this step. I suffer from generalized anxiety, low self esteem and depression at times.

Writing things down is a problem I have also especially when they are so personal. I have not done the journalize to well. I just finished listen to the second lesson. There was a line in there that said something about the reason to write down things going through are minds. This encouraged me to try work on it more and to make sure I write something down each day.

I to have difficulty writing down neg. thoughts. I'm on session 7 now. I do write in my journal daily. I would keep going in your next session . You will see some repeats as you go along and maybe can deal with your note pad then. Keep up the good work. Paul |
