Were you fired or, were you let go because of cut backs? what were the circumstances? I know sometimes when I'm feeling down if somethingnegative happens I just feel it all accumulating, but when things are better and something negative happens, it seems a lot easier to deal with. I think it's helpful to try to just be rational and not let your mind get carried away, don't get tricked by thoughts. Most of the things that we think of aren't accurate anyway. We think one thing, and it's way off from reality. But don't get discouraged. I know it's hard it's like looking at a room that is a total mess, you're looking at the whole thing like..how am I ever gonna do this, but you have to just focus on one part at a time rationally and positively, and it will get done. I lost my job in November and it's been little work since then, but don't focus on everything at once. Focus on one thing at a time. I think you'll do good. We're all putting a lot of hope into this program so feeling some anxiety I think is normal, butwe've just got to follow the program and have faith. Good Luck
