Finished session one and moved on to two. This week I'm feeling so much anger and frustration. Is this normal? I feel as though I've gone from putting everyone first and now I'm mad that I've been putting myself last. Does it get better with time?

It seems like every time I start a new session, I am more anxious. It does seem to get better though as time passes. There is a lot of good info in these sessions and it just takes time for us to process it. We are in the process of making wonderful changes in our life. Hang in there!! We can do it!!

very normal...As I checked off all the things I grew up around in lesson #1 (under things you cant change) I got so ticked at my parents for the enviroment I was brought up in that gave me these personality traits. I think we are just touching areas that we have learned to hide from to keep going. Which brings out all these emotions. Good luck...I'm heading to lesson 2
