Does anybody else out there have this? What are your symptoms, and what do you do for them? What type of doctor (neurologist, ENT, etc.) do you see for it? I've had a doctor suggest that "AI" might be why I get lightheaded and dizzy so much, and why I feel like the insides of my head have inertia. (I saw an ENT just last week, and my ears are fine).

When I checked out autonomic instability on the web I saw that one of its symptoms is, all of a sudden your heart starts pounding, and you try to figure out why you're having a panic attack! And sometimes all I have to do is give a little hop, or even just expel my breath rather forcefully--and the heart-pounding starts.
