Four years Ago i was involved in a car accident that sent my Anxiety and depression sky rocketing. I have always had Depression, as long as I can remember, but the Brain injury just made it that much worse. I constantly second guess myself and as a mother it makes things difficult. I can/do drive but sometimes it is HARD, my stomache tenses up and that leave pains for hours. I have tried everything: Counsiling, Medications (first effexsor then Wellbutrine) I just can not seem to get over what happened and MOVE ON.
I am PRAYING that when my sessons come (in the mail) I can finally STOP living this life I dread and life one that I can apprieciate. And give my children hope for a better future...

I truly believe that a massive part of my problem with anxiety disorder started after a terrible concussion. There has been an overwhelming amount of evidence for concussions and brain trauma triggering mental illness like anxiety in depression in sports lately.
