I am Very full of anxiety. I dont feel like I will ever get better. I am terrified of everything. I have suffered with back pain for 11 years. and NOw I finally get a doc to look at me and take me seriously. I went through a year of PT with NO reilef. And now we are going to try to figure out what is causing the pain. So I have to go to the gyn to rule out endometriosis. I have to have a colonoscopy on Monday. I have to see a Neuro phychiatrist, then we will do a discogram(VERY PAINFUL). Then if that is positive they will do back surgery from the front to the back. Removing all my organs and fixing my spine from the inside. I dont have perscription coverage. all I have to do is bend wrong and cause pain. Today I kind of tripped and I jarred my back. I wanted to go to the ER. I NEED HELP with pain. But I dont have drug coverage so I talked myself out of going. I am on ice now.
I need help! My mind is racing out of control. I need drugs I cant figure out what to do for this. I need help. Any ideas on what to do? Please!

If you go to ER they can give you a pain Shot!
Which would probably work better than pills anyway, and it would relax your back.
I wish i could help you Mo,, I know you have so much going on and have had the last couple of years! I will pray for you Mo,, with all my heart, that God will relieve your pain....

I agree with Mello......Please go to the ER if it's that bad, they'll know what to do. Ice is the right thing to do in the meantime. I'm a massage therapist, and I would recommend that to my clients. Prayers for you, feel better soon.
