I suffer from MVP. I think it does add to my anxiety and so does my doctor. I was placed on a very low dose of a blood pressure medication and it really helped with the adrenaline but had to go off because it interacted with my diabetes medicine.
The program has helped me immensely. Just being able to convince my brain that it is just a shot of adrenaline and I am not dying is a blessing. You can't stop the MVP from causing the adrenaline response or pvcs but you can learn to not care about it.
