I was recently diagnosed with Essential Tremor. This has been difficult to deal with as I am having so many symptoms that I can't tell what is the tremor and what is the anxiety. I posted out on session 1 forum under a thread called "New Symptoms" if you want to read about it there. Even though a neurologist gave me this diagnosis, I am having a hard time accepting this is it and that there isn't something else causing the symptoms. Some days I feel so ill I can hardly function. I have been working on my coping skills but they don't seem to be helping the anxiety this time. Anybody have any insight on this? I am at my wits end!

Welcome to the family,
I have Familial tremor which is essentially the same. For me having anxiety and sugar make me look like jello! Low doses of klonopin and a beta-blocker called pindolol or panthenol can reduce them greatly! Hang in there...I know how miserable they are especially when someone brings them to my attention!
