Hey Everyone!
I hope you're having an incredible week! Today is the 7th day that I've been working on Session 2, so I plan to start Session 3 tomorrow. I'm really excited, because I know that Positive Self-Talk is the key to changing our lives. At the beginning of this year, I read, "What To Say When You Talk To Your Self" by Shad Helmstetter, Ph.D. It's an incredible book that teaches you how to reprogram your brain with Positive Self-Talk, so you can accomplish your goals. I actually still use the scripts on a fairly regular basis. Anyway, I just wanted to check in ... I just happened upon your post and I am so glad I did. I need to add that book to my collection as soon as possible. I've had the program for about a month and I find myself stuck on session three. I need to learn to replace my negative thoughts with positive ones and this just might the way for me to do it. Thank you! |

You should definitely get the book! The scripts work very quickly. You'll be amazed! I had some doubts in the beginning, but shortly after I started reading the book, I was able to develop a script that helped me to start falling asleep quickly. For most of my life, I've had a hard time falling asleep. However, after reading the script for a few days, I fell asleep right away. It really helps to reinforce the fact that WE ARE IN CONTROL OF OUR OWN THINKING. P.S. It's okay to go ahead and move on to Week 4, because the concepts from Week 3 are reinforced through out the program. hi im about to start session three as well however im not realy a reader and i dont like well feel natraul books anyone have anything to go along spiritually cause im not even sur im over session two!
