Hi my name is Mike and I am in my fourth week of the program. I have had panic and anxiety since I was sixteen, I am now twenty two. I questioned if this program would work for, mainly just because I was so young. Over the past four weeks things have gotten a lot better. The last three weeks I have not missed a day of work, even when I woke up and was anxious. I have been able to float through it and not give up. Also I have been able to go to chruch for the past three weeks, which is very important to me. I feel like slowly I'm getting my life back. I do struggle sometimes staying dedicated to the program. I probably should be on week six. Sometimes I'm just tried and want to sleep. Just thought I would let you know how I am doing. I will be praying for all. Never give up.

GOOD JOB...I should be further along to but maybe we need exta time with certain things. I think being aware of procrastination is the key...I usally know when I am doing it as well. Good for you returning to church and not missing work does'nt it feel so good...sometimes at the time your doing it the feelings are not so good but after it is done and you reflect on it I find myself saying "YES". Keep up the good work...Congrats.
