I'm looking forward to becoming a more happy and productive person. I've always kept things bottled up. This has always caused me to question myself and my self confidence. I found it to be difficult to be happy in all facets of my life. I just want to be happy with who I am so I can be there for everyone in my life.

I haven't gotten my kit yet. I'm very excited about getting started! I've spent most of my adult life feeling down and depressed. I can't wait to live a carefree happy life. Don't get me wrong, I know there will always be obstacles but there can still be peace, right? I hope I can also figure out how to navigate around this site.
