I received my program yesterday the day before Christmas. I have only listened to the Jump Start program so far and I am so ready to attack this thing I have inside me called Anxiety and Depression. Any ideas to stay motivated. I like to sleep when things get to rough. I'm tired all the time. Frowner

Hi Stressed Momma,

I think once you listen to the first session, you'll have a little better understanding of why you are tired all the time. My son is a sleeper when he gets anxious. It's his avoidance technique. I am just getting started on the program myself and have had to learn alot of my coping techniques on my own. I can't wait for next week.

Hi I'm on week 12. Once you get into the package you will find the relaxation cd. That will help you get a sense of achieving a baseline or benchmark for what it is like to feel and be relaxed. I hope it will show you how to relax without needing to sleep. Just slow down and learn to breathe in a relaxed way this will help as well.

Thanks for the advice. I'm in the second week now and things are looking up but I'm still just extremely tired. I hope soon I can train myself to stay awake.
