How are the new December people doing. I am still really struggling and cannot get myself to calm down. They increased my serequel all month and that makes me nervous that I will get weird or something. What do people think

Hi, I am kind of beggining week 4. I really identify with so much of the program, and am hoping that I can get help from it. I am also on meds, I'm on neurontin, celexa, and clonazepam, so I haven't had any reduction in my levels of anxiety, etc yet, but I feel that if I keep pluggin on, it may work. I will have to stay on meds though any way, because I'm bipolar2. I may be able to reduce some of the meds eventually though, which will be great. How much seroquel are you on? I tried seroquel before, I was only on 50 mg of it for 2 months.Well, hopefully this program will bring you some relief soon. Just keep at it, don't loose hope!!!!
Hugs,
Hally

Did you discuss with your doctor that you are also doing this program? He/she may take into account the behaviour modification that is taught here. Above all, have hope, just like Hally said. This condition did not appear overnight and it will take some time and work to get things under control. And you always have the option of seeking a second opinion about your health care. A good physician will not feel 'threatened' if you ask the advise of another health care provider.
Blessings...

Hi, How's everything going for you now? Don't worry about the meds you're on, or how many different meds you are on right now either. Just go ahead, and work with the program any way. That's what I'm doing. I'm hoping this program will help, but I know that I will still be on meds, but who knows. I may be able to reduce some of the benzo's later on. I hope you're doing better. Let me hear from you. Take care.
Hugs,
Hally

Hi, I always worry when I have to start any new meds. I search it up on the internet , I talk to pharmacists, and go crazy worrying, but when I'm actually taking them, and I know I'm not allergic, or anything weird is happening, then I'm pretty much ok.
Hugs,
Hally
