Just wondering if I'm the only one (surely I can't be) who has been diagnosed as bipolar. I'm hoping that this program will ease my symptoms, if not rid me of the majority of them. Has anyone else bipolar completed the program? Laura

I'm bipolar as well, only in week 2 of the program tho.
