I've always had anxiety, but the past 6 months have been almost unbearable. I have so many scary thoughts and my scary one right now is what if my kids got abducted and I never saw them again. How can I realize that is nonsense since I"m a good mom and keep a close eye on them. I have a 3 yr old and preg. with my second. I tried teaching my son about strangers, but he's still too young to understand. Some nights I can't sleep or wake in a panic. Anyone with insight I'd greatly appreciate it.

Worrying is not helping you or helping your children stay any safer. Take some action. Do what you can to teach, protect, warn them and then tell yourself you are going to move on with living life until there is something else you can do for their protection.

Have you noticed that your anxieties have changed too...Things that never bothered you, now do? I soooooo wanted to go to school yesterday and get my son, just really missed him and wanted him home with me. ever want to chat, let me know...I know what your feeling.

I understand, I go through the same thing with my 4 year old son. What helps me is to take baby steps with him. Like I might take him to the park for only one hour because I have a hard time being outside. I hope that helps you.
