I am so proud of myself!! I actually sat through a 2 1/2 hr. testing session for a job. What's even better is I passed!!! I still have to make it through the interview phase of the hiring process, but at this point, I am so thrilled just to have made it this far. I didn't have a hint of a panic attack. I just kept repeating over and over all the way there, " I can do all things through Him who strenthens me. " The room they had us test in was soooo small. I can't believe I did it. When I went in I just said to myself I am going to just do it, and I did. Eight weeks ago when I started this program I never would of even considered applying. Lucinda is right, I would have missed out on a perfect opportunity to step through the wall of anticipatory anxiety and probably felt even worse if I hadn't gone. Thank you Jesus. Thank you Lucinda. Thank you all my friends on the forum. I haven't felt this empowered in years. To all of you who are still limiting yourself STOP IT!!! JUST DO IT!!! You will feel so wonderful about yourself. You just can't afford to miss out on the possibility of feeling this good. God bless you all.

That is so great to hear that you stepped through that wall of anticipatory anxiety. Good for you!! Congrats!! . You should give yourself a great big pat on the back now. You did great. Keep up the good work! I recently started working on my fear of riding and I am doing so well on it now. You're right once you start working on that limitation as hard as it is to do so, you feel so wonderful afterwards, because you feel like a huge weight has been lifted. Again, congratulations on coming this far and keep up the great work .
