Hi. I worked the program back in 1989. It worked wonders for me in delaing with anxiety. The only thing I have never been able to conquer is the agoraphobia. Well, I have been working on that a lot lately. I managed a trip to Lake Erie in Buffalo a couple of months ago. That was a two hour trip. It was wonderful. We had a great time and I didn't have any trouble at all. Now, we are going to attempt an overnight trip. We are headed for Sandusky, OH. We picked it out of the air. You can imagine my surprise when I looked at the map and saw Oak Harbor!!! What a coincidence. Anyway, we are leaving on August 3 and I was wondering if anyone has any advice for a first long distance/overnight trip? I remember listening to the tapes and hearing Ken say he was moving and could not believe he was doing it. That always sticks in my head and inspires me. Oh, and is it possible to visit the Midwest Center while I'm there?
