Hi
Try wearing headphones and listen to music while you are journaling. Music drowns out the inner voices. You are not going crazy!! Your mind is just overwhelmed. Keep going with the course. There is nothing to be afraid of. You are scaring yourself silly. In the course they say "Thoughts, only thoughts" Thoughts really don't mean anything. 99 percent of the time most thoughts are not accurate or real. "Bloom where you're planted." Joyce Meyers |
