Hello Everyone!

I'm going to be starting Session 3 tomorrow. The first 2 sessions have been very helpful. I feel that I've made a lot of progress in a short period of time. I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing?

P.S. I can't say enough about the Relaxation CD. Today, I was having a hard time getting past my inner anxious feelings. I tried different techniques, but nothing was really working. I decided to listen to the Relaxation CD. I'm glad that I did, because as soon as it was over, I felt A LOT better.

Have a great night!

Hey Bridgette: Your a few days ahead of me. I've actually learned some things through session 2. I don't feel as though I have panic attacks but the stress and anxiety...wow! Since I feel depression is my main issue it helped just hearing how they all work together. I'm excited about starting session 3, some of the post I've read say how much growth they felt through session 3. Keep up the work and keep moving forward Smiler

Hi K,

Thanks for the response! I'm now on Day 3 of Session 3. It's truly amazing how helpful this program has been. It's takes a lot of work and commitment, but it is really working. I'm not saying that I don't have bad days; I just know how to deal with them now. In fact, I've been tired lately because of insomnia. Usually, being tired is a big trigger for my anxiety. However, lately, I have been using positive self talk to get through the rough parts. It has worked amazingly well!

Have a great evening!

Hello Been There,

I have learned SO much from this program. For the past couple of months, I had been dealing with almost constant panic attacks. I really wasn't fubctioning at all. I now know how to stop a lot of them from happening. The ones that do happen, I now know how to just float with them which seems to shorten the duration. Also, I'm learning to replace my negative thoughts with positive ones. This technique is slowly but surely changing my overall attitude in a very positive direction.

Have a great day!

~Bridgette~

Hey Bridgette: it's great to hear how well your doing.
Been there: are you just starting the program or week 3?
I got a day late on starting day 3 but I'm really hoping this will help me a lot. I've noticed what a negative thinker/person I am Frowner Let's keep moving forward!

I'm carrying my little spiral notebook around ,but I can't seem to get started writing down my negative thoughts and turnarounds. Do you have any suggestions?
