Yikes! Who knew learning to relax could be so difficult. I'm trying to get back into listening to the relaxation CD at least 2x a day. I find my mind wandering to things I need to do etc... when I am trying to relax. Hopefully it will get easier with practice. I've found the doing yoga helps some, too. I'm thinking I need a daily massage for awhile to assist in the art of relaxation. Now to figure out how to support my new addiction to massages??? LOL!!!

I guess most of us who have come to this point have trouble just relaxing. I've gotten better in week 3 than I was in week 1. That's probably why they recommend 3x per day. I haven't been able to do more than 1x per day. But it has helped. In fact, last night was the first time I made it through the whole session without falling asleep!
