God is great and when I don't read my Bible and pray I don't feel good. When I do the program it's important not to lose sight of God. I have had days when I didn't read the Bible and I just did the program. Those days were full of self doubt and fear. I do both now and it really is a winning combination.

Congrats to you Krissy...I am glad that you figured out a combination that helps you to feel better. I must admit I do not do well with reading my bible as often as I should, but I do try to "talk" with God several times a day, even if I only have a few seconds. He is very powerful and can help us in all of our problems. Good luck.

Krissy, EXACTLY!!! I was watching John Hagee today and his sermon was on this topic! He stated that if we don't get to know GOD through HIS WORD and PRAYER we CANNOT become powerful! Warding off satans attacks(fear, doubt, worry, depression, fear, marital strife, financial burdens, oh and did I say FEAR) WE MUST continue in Gods word which gives us the tools to fight these problems..PUTTING ON THE FULL ARMOR!!! Declaring Gods promises and standing up for our God given rights!!! Praise God!!!!

God bless you and take care
Robin

"O God, you are my God. Earnestly I seek you;my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water. I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory. Because your love is BETTER than life,my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name, I will lift up my hands." Psalms 63

Krissy, I have seen bad times and good, and those who believe in God things always tend to work out for the good....Keep up your faith in God along with this program and "he will show you the way"...."it's a bible verse from Roman's that reads on my mother's refrigerator when I visit that says..."and we know that all things work together for the good that love God".

God is not only powerful externally, he is powerful internally. Krissy, I believe he is working through you as you typed your words to us. The beautiful thing about God is, he has an endless stream of love for us all. We can either chose to dip our hearts into this stream or chose not to. This is our free will that he gave to us.

For so many years I stood on the bank of the river and watched the stream trickle by. I heard the cascading bubbles and gurgling sounds but thought, "I am close enough to the stream, I hear it and see it, I am ok" However, until I submersed my heart into the stream, I had no clue of Gods true power.

What you described here is the act of submersing your heart into God's stream. It's something I am learning to do as well. The more we live the stream of God's will for us, the more he will cleanse our hearts and make us feel anew.

I once heard on a ministry chow that just because we have been baptized in Christ, doesn't mean we feel it. The baptism is simply allowing us to be a part of the body of Christ. It is the reading of God's word that gives us the ability to use it in our daily lives.

This was a great inspirational post Krissy and I thank you for sharing it with us!

God Bless
Zoe

I feel the very same way. The program is like a tool that God is using to teach us how think in a more correct manner.

Krissy...I say Amen and Amen to this soooo truthful posting of yours!!! Putting God first works every time!!!

The Bible says that if we put HIM first in our lives, then, all of our needs will be met!!!

And to me, overcoming agoraphobia, panic and anxiety attacks was a need!!!

He has been soooo faithful to me!!! Without HIM, then, I am sure that I would have sunk back into that pit of anxiety, depression and despair!!!

But, Thanks be to God, He delivered me from all of my fears with the help of the program!!!

God Bless Each of You is My Prayer!!!

Live Each Day As Though It Were Your Last...God Bless...
