Hi Starrr. Try this exercise when you feel trust issues. Remember, it is an exercise, not an evaluation of you. When you work this, be deeply honest. Use your journal. You may find answers which will help you change this from a problem into a solution:
Write this down: 1. It's hard for me to trust people. 2. People have a hard time trusting me. 3. I have a difficult time trusting myself. Now, work with your answers in your journal. Hope this helps you. |
