Hey everyone. I did this program at the beginning of 2008 and had a lot of success for a few months, however I've been struggling with a relapse since January when my father in law was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. So now that I'm not in control of how that situation is going to work out, I want to relearn my skill and refresh on the tools I need to make myself better. I've tried to get restarted on this a couple times, but now am really trying to make the commitment to make myself better. Look forward to the next 16 sessions with you.

vahorsegirl just want to say I wish you the best in your efforts on going through the program again I know your efforts will be rewarded even in part if not to your complete satisfaction just for the mere fact you are putting yourself into it I will believe for you and me too that the rewards will be great Good Luck
