Hi I went through the program about 11 years ago. I have been fine up until about 3 months ago. I had anxiety in the past years but could deal with it. I had this recent panic attack and it is like it hit the reset button! Now I have a husband and daughter and am super frustrated. I know I can not have them but it sure seems like they are here to stay. Anyone else?

i did the program 5 years ago. the panic is back. I know it is the negative thinking and stress in my life. someone tell me it will get better. help!
