I just discovered there is a special place for peoiple who started this month!
I just finished my first week (I did sessions one and two together - per my coach) and am starting session three.
I had the program for three years, but my perfectionism got in my way from really getting going. The coaching program is exactly what I need.
I look forward to meeting you and sharing this experience together. I am only available to check this site once a day in the evening, but I will try and be there for you if you need any encouragement.

Iam on week 3 and already getting results. It is amazing how we negetive talk ourselves and beat ourselves up. I' m in it for the long hall.
