How do I take it just one day at a time when i've been depressed for so long. Im hoping Lucinda and this program will help. It's my last chance.

I've learned to recognize signs from God. For most of my life if something good happened I just thought it was luck. I never gave God credit. Now, I realize that everything is confirmation from God. I thank him everyday, multiple times a day. For instance, I was driving past a church last night and their sign said something about letting go of stress. You know how churches put up those catchy phrases now. I didn't retain the message on the sign but I did retain the message that God sent to me at that moment. I am supposed to be on this program. I realize he didn't design this life for me. I am regretful over the years lost but that too is a bad emotion that I shouldn't carry. I look forward to all of the positive years to come where I live my life the way God has intended. I saw the word stress and immediately thought of this wonderful program I've started. I realized he put it in my path. I feel like I'm a student again! I look forward each day to my recovery! You have to take it one day at a time, be thankful God is giving you those days! You don't even know me, but, rest assured, I care. You are in my thoughts. You will do this program and you will succeed!!

Hi L.Zoe Josie,
I had severe depression when I got Lucinda's program. But I also see a psychiatrist and he immediately changed my anti-depressant because I was so depressed and the anti-depressant I was on was obviously not working. Lucinda's program has helped so much, but think about seeing a medical professional so they can evaluate you and see if you need to be on an anti-depressant for awhile along with the program. Lucinda said on a CD if you need to take medicine by all means do it. Because I had Clinical or Severe Depression I have to take an anti-depressant along with the progam. But my depression is lifting as I follow the programs directions. Do what you have to do right now to relieve your depression. Let me know what you decide if you want. But, we are all pulling for you. |

I agree with both Rachel Lynn and New Jen. I am currently on 2 meds for depression & seeing a therapist, AND, the program is helping to the degree that I hope to eventually be weaned off the meds. My hope also is in God, because I learned of the program through an unlikely source, so I know it was God's timing for me. I am so thankful for this program and being able to communicate with people like you who struggle with the same things. Asking God for blessings on each of you this day
