The biggest thing that has hindered me was beating myself up all the time, thinking that every situation I was in and the way I reacted was never good enough. This causes alot of anxiety and depression for me but I'm not sure which one out weighs the other. But using the program for the first 2 weeks I have gained alot of control over my negative thoughts and self criticism. I would love to hear how it is helping everyone else. Maybe it will help to see the positives and stop worrying about the negative.
P.S. Dont be afraid to be silly! Razzer

Today was my first day of classes in college. I have to drive 30 minutes to get to my campus. Thanks to the program especially session 2 the segment on panic attacks, I was able to get there today and have my classes with only a minor anxiety attack which I was able to take control of. Only one month ago I would have been scared out of my mind to drive to the food store only three streets away. So you can all see I have progressed a lot this past month. Smiler

I am too my worst enemy. I don't know if I'll ever live up to what i want or see for myself. i am just starting the program someone gave me a lil while ago cuz something really needs to change or I'm going to lose my house. I haven't been able to work in over a year. Its really hard for me too see all the good in my life and can be very unrealistic at times and hope this course can help out.

It's really "funny" how similiar we are thinking about ourselves I too are my worst enemy. I feel that I´m not good enough in any situation. I think I act strange say wrong things and that I can´t do anything wright. It´s not that strange that I got anxiety who all the time kept say this to myself. But I don't no how to stop this because I can think it´s not rationally but I feel this anyway.

Hi Kslawdag, Great idea, I've been working on week 2 and an amazed that I have been able to work thru this anxiety. I never had any of the coping skills before and when I use them they work. Happy to have finally found something that helps. Thanks, nlou

It's good to know that there are so many people out there I can relate to about this. I just finished week 2 and I feel my self confidence starting to build again. I have never gone through anything like this before, so I wasn't sure how to get through it. This program is amazing, and I thank God for Lucinda and everyone else who shares their story of victory!
