I went to the drs today and he adjusted my meds, even though I have been going to this dr for many years I seem to have anxiety when I am going somewhere. But I started session 2 yesterday and used the six steps. Boy did it help. I even when into a store for the first time in months, it was only for about 15 minutes but I did it. I really don't want to live on the meds and want my life back, starting this program I understand that I will always have this wonderful gift of anxiety, but will know how to keep it under control. It is also great to have others support.

Hi susieq7418, Elizabeth and Noola,

You are all doing just a great job!!!!
Isn't it amazing how fast we can make such big changes in ourselves when we use the program the right way.
I just want to wish you all continued successes as you take your journey towards a wonderfull, enriched life full of all you can dream of.

Just always BELIEVE in yourselves, the program and take baby steps, float through any bumpy times and just never quit.

Hi, just started session 2, I have OCD problems. Its recently caused alot of depression. I have been able to Identify and take control of some of my behaviors this past week. It has reduced the amount of anxiety I have. I see where I've caused my problems myself from the way I speak to myself in my head. I feel hopeful.
