Is it just me or does the program sometimes cause you a lil more anxiety. Its just that it is kind of hard to find time to fit in all these activities involved in the program wen you have to do other things like go to college, find time 4 exercise, study, and work. Alil advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

Do what you can with the time that you have. I think steadily going at your own pace is better than feeling overwhelmed. If each week's worth of work takes you two weeks, that's ok. In time, you will find the time to do the work. Just keep at it!

Kind regards!

Have faith that these feelings will pass. It may help to look within yourself to see if a particular session is making you feel anxious and resulting in avoidance behaviors (I know about this because I've done it :-). If this is the case, let it go the best you can and get through what you're able to. You can always come back to do that session again. Be kind to yourself. You have a lot of commitments in your life with work and school. By being in school, you are making a commitment to improving yourself... buying this program, you made a commitment to improving yourself - stick with it, MG - you can do it! Ann

Hello MG19,
I struggle with the same issue. My OCD & perfectionism play a strong role in making me anxious about this and worry that I am not going to benefit because I might have missed a day here and there or not ahjve done things right by the book. I just wanted to write and tell you that you are not alone. I spoke with a couselor on the phone about this and she said that even if you listen to small portions of the program throughout the day you will still benefit. Even if it is on in the background. The principles will still sink in. There are different ways to accomplish the same goals. Whatever fits in with your lifesyle will be fine as long as you do get through the entire lesson.

Wishing you well.

Good Morning, Just do as much as you can, just that the fact you are conscience of how you are feeling and being able to identify it is a great start. I'm on lesson 2 and I never realized that I suffered from panic attacks, I just thought I was a nervous person. I too have had more anxiety, but I think it's because now I recognize it for what it is. I have a hard time adding exercise to my day as well, I see you attend college maybe you could find ways to walk more during school. Every little bit helps. Hang in there, you are not alone!!! We can all overcome this, I truly believe this program. nlou

I have only been on the program for three weeks and I am also having a hard time with feeling a little more anxiety. I have found that finding someone that I trust to share these feeling with has been helping me press on. It also helps me to Know that I am not the only one feeling this way.

Hi MG, and everyone,
Not a lot to add as most has been said by others already. I will though say this.. I do not have all the extras you do and stil feel anxious about the program but am getting better each day. Everyone is so right about just taking your time. It's not something you need to rush through. I beleive we get more from it if we take our time and yes walk away from it and take a break when it feels overwhelming. I spent 3 days doing session 3...a lot to take in and no way could I have really absorbed it all in a day. It's my feeling that when we rush through anything we add more anxiety and less gain. Pat yourself on the back and tell yourself how much you are doing each day. Praise, praise, praise and more praise. You deserve it big time.

Stay encouraged, don't give up, we are all in this together and here for each other.
Take time to smell the roses of your accomplishments. Wink

BELIEVE YOU CAN CONQUER ANYTHING~ AND YOU WILL !! I DID IT, YES !!!!!
