When I used to hear the ambulance I thought it was coming to get me, then my heart would beging to race and I would get very anxious. Now with the program eventhough I am only on session two, I no longer fear when I hear the ambulance. Now I just make a quick prayer for people that is ill and move forward, now I am learning what is real or not real, the positive calming talking to myself gives me peace. This program is so wonderful! thank you to all the produced it.

That is good progress. I still have a panic reaction when I hear sirens or ambulances pass by as I am driving, it brings back bad memories and I start to have panic attack symptoms, but now I feel I handle them a lot better.
