I have been making myself sick, I recently switched to days and am stressing myself out about all the things that I should be doing, and need to do when I get home, and should do tomorrow. I am literrally making myself sick. I am really trying the self talk, I have worked daylight in the past, I survived it, I can do it now. It is not going to hurt me to not get the things done that I think I should do. I'm really trying to make it through one day at a time.
