Mild to moderate exercise helps. If you can take a brisk walk on a regular basis each day, it goes a long way toward reducing anxiety. Or a bike ride or anything you feel comfortable doing. Giving up coffee is tough. I'm not there yet and haven't even tried cutting down,(on session 1). Still for my own sake I know I need to eliminate it.

I have been walking my dogs long distances. Excersize does help. I have stopped drinking caffeine, including soda, coffee, and chocolate. It helps. Also I am avoiding foods high in sodium.
